Earring Repairs

Always send the full pair of earrings, regardless of if only 1 needs repair, so that we can make sure they match as closely as possible, and check the wires and loops

Earring Mates

Depending on the material and age of the design, we can match an earring that needs a mate. You must send us the earring you have so that we can make sure to match it as closely as possible, and check the wires and loops. The cost will be half the price of the full pair. Stones vary, and we will match them to the best of our ability.

Earring Wires

Earring wires are made of 14k solid gold and may wear over time. New wires can be purchased for replacement. Please mail us the earrings so we can make sure the earring loops are in good condition before replacing the wires.

General Care

Bracelets and necklaces worn daily may need similar care and reinforcement. Pearl and stone necklaces are strung on silk and may need to be restrung periodically.

All plated and oxidized jewelry may wear over time and can be re-plated or re-oxidized as necessary. In general, jewelry can be washed gently with mild soap.
